How fast will I receive my Bizcochitos by Egli?
Please allow 3-5 days for orders to be processed. All mailed packages are sent with USPS priority shipping, which may take up to 4 more days for delivery. For pick-ups, we will contact you once your order is ready. Upon confirmation, you can pick up your order from Harlem on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays between the hours of 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. unless advised otherwise.

What are the ingredients in Bizcochitos by Egli?
Each layer of our cake is carefully crafted by hand using the highest quality ingredients and lots of love! Each jar contains flour, eggs, sugar, salted butter, vanilla extract, pineapple juice, lemon, baking powder, frosting (suspiro), cake filling, and sprinkles.

How long do Bizcochitos by Egli remain edible?
Bizcochitos by Egli is best enjoyed as soon as received. However, it can stay out for a few hours for display during an event. Otherwise, we recommend refrigerating them for later enjoyment and serving at room temperature for the best taste. Bizcochitos by Egli last for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.

Are there seasonal orders?
Yes. Seasonal orders, including limited-edition selections featuring Christmas and Valentine's jars and boxes, are available at Bizcochitos by Egli. Contact us or send us an email at info@bizcochitosbyegli.com for custom orders, and we will respond to you as soon as possible. Additional fees will apply.

Can I include a personal card in my order for special occasions?
You may! Bizcochitos by Egli are great gifts to give friends and family, so we’re happy to include personal messages. Just write your message using the message feature when placing your order.

Where does Bizcochitos by Egli deliver?
We ship nationally (in the U.S.), so everyone can enjoy some Dominican joy in our jars!

Can I travel with my Bizcochitos?
Yes. Bizcochitos by Egli are available in individual servings for convenience. Our 8oz jars are a portable way to enjoy cake without needing plates or utensils and are designed to travel well. Just refrigerate overnight before traveling.

Are my purchases taxed?
As a registered LLC, taxes will be applied to all purchases.
